Hazaar Limited ("Hazaar", "we", "us" or "our") is the promoter of the Freshers Giveaway 2026.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before entering. By submitting an entry to the Freshers Giveaway 2026, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
The Freshers Giveaway 2026 is open only to people who:
- are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;
- are currently resident in the United Kingdom; and
- are currently studying at a UK university or higher education institution.
Graduates who are no longer studying are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be removed or disqualified.
Employees, contractors, agents or representatives of Hazaar, together with members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.
Hazaar may require the winner to provide reasonable evidence of:
- their identity;
- age;
- UK residency; and
- current student status
before awarding the prize.
Incomplete, fraudulent, automated or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
2. Promotion Period
The Freshers Giveaway 2026 opens at:
00:00 BST on Sunday 13 September 2026
and closes at:
23:59 BST on Sunday 20 September 2026.
Entries received before the opening time or after the closing time will not be accepted.
The closing date will only be changed where unavoidable circumstances outside Hazaar's reasonable control make this necessary and where either not changing the date would be unfair to entrants or existing entrants would not be disadvantaged by the change.
Where reasonably possible, any material changes to the promotion will be communicated appropriately.
3. How to Enter
Entry is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.
To enter the Freshers Giveaway 2026, you must complete and submit the Freshers Giveaway 2026 sign-up form during the Promotion Period.
Entrants will be asked to provide information including:
- full name;
- email address;
- mobile telephone number; and
- university attended.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is complete and accurate.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
Submitting multiple entries will not increase your chances of winning.
4. Hazaar Email and SMS Sign-Up
The Freshers Giveaway 2026 is a Hazaar subscriber promotion.
As stated on the giveaway entry form, by submitting the Freshers Giveaway 2026 form, you agree to receive marketing emails and marketing text messages from Hazaar.
These communications may include:
- student discounts and offers;
- new brand launches and drops;
- fashion and lifestyle content;
- giveaways and competitions;
- events;
- promotions and campaigns; and
- other Hazaar news and updates.
Marketing text messages may be sent using automated technology.
Message frequency varies.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile network provider.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Hazaar.
Email opt-out
You can unsubscribe from Hazaar marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link contained in our emails.
SMS opt-out
You can stop receiving Hazaar marketing text messages at any time by:
- replying STOP to a Hazaar marketing text;
- using another opt-out method provided in the message; or
- contacting us at hello@justhazaar.com.
You may text HELP where supported for assistance.
Email and SMS subscriptions are managed separately. This means that unsubscribing from email marketing does not necessarily unsubscribe you from SMS marketing, and opting out of SMS does not necessarily unsubscribe you from email marketing.
Unsubscribing from email marketing and/or opting out of SMS marketing after submitting a valid entry will not invalidate your Freshers Giveaway 2026 entry.

5. The Prize
There will be one winner.
The winner will receive the complete Freshers Giveaway 2026 prize bundle, worth over £1,000.
At the time the promotion was prepared, the combined advertised retail price of the prize items was approximately £1,043.97.
The prize comprises:
- 1 x Apple MacBook in Silver, product code MF4A8/A;
- 1 x pair of Salomon XT-Whisper Void sneakers in Black / Clearly Aqua / Castlerock;
- 1 x Weekday Oversized Scuba Zip-Hoodie, Size M;
- 1 x Weekday Minimal Oval Metal Frame Unisex Sunglasses, One Size;
- 1 x Weekday Oversized Scuba Hoodie, Size S;
- 1 x Weekday Solar Regular Waist Loose Wide Unisex Jeans, Size 28/32;
- 1 x Ed Hardy 1971 Camo 5 Panel Trucker Cap in Print, One Size; and
- 1 x Bink Day Bottle Classic, 27oz in Glacier, One Size
The advertised “worth over £1,000” value is based on the combined advertised retail prices of the prize items at the time the promotion was prepared.
Retail prices may subsequently change. Any later change in retail price will not affect the winner's entitlement to the prize items listed above.
6. Clothing and Footwear Sizes
The Weekday clothing items will be supplied in the sizes stated in Section 5.
Where a footwear size is required, Hazaar will take reasonable steps to supply the Salomon sneakers in the winner's preferred available size.
The winner may be asked to provide their preferred footwear size after being selected.
All sizes are subject to availability.
Where the winner's preferred footwear size is unavailable, Hazaar may offer a reasonable alternative.
7. Prize Conditions
The prize is:
- non-transferable;
- not exchangeable for cash; and
- subject to availability.
There is no cash alternative.
If an individual prize item becomes unavailable for reasons outside Hazaar's reasonable control, Hazaar reserves the right to substitute that item with a reasonable alternative of the same or greater value and, where reasonably possible, of a similar nature.
Product colours and appearance may vary slightly from images used in promotional material due to photography, screen settings, packaging or other factors.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the brands and manufacturers whose products are included in the prize are not responsible for the administration of the Freshers Giveaway 2026 or the selection of the winner.
8. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The winner will be selected within 7 days of the closing date.
The winner will be selected using a verifiably random computer process.
If a verifiably random computer process is not used, the winner will be selected at random under the supervision of an independent observer.
Hazaar will retain appropriate evidence of the winner-selection process.
This wording is worth keeping quite specific because CAP expects promoters to be able to demonstrate that prize-draw winners were selected randomly.
9. Winner Notification
Hazaar will contact the winner within 7 days of the closing date.
The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or mobile telephone number submitted with their entry.
Hazaar will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.
The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted.
The winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to:
- confirm their identity;
- confirm their age;
- confirm their UK residency;
- demonstrate that they are currently studying at an eligible UK university or higher education institution;
- confirm their preferred footwear size; and
- arrange delivery of the prize.
If the selected winner:
- cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts;
- does not respond within 7 days;
- declines the prize;
- is found to be ineligible;
- fails to provide reasonably requested evidence of eligibility; or
- has provided materially false or inaccurate information,
Hazaar reserves the right to withdraw the prize from that entrant and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
Any replacement winner will be selected using the same fair and random process described in Section 8.
10. Prize Delivery
The prize will be fulfilled by Hazaar.
The winner must provide a valid UK delivery address.
Hazaar will aim to dispatch or deliver the prize within 30 days of the winner confirming their eligibility and delivery details.
Different components of the prize may be dispatched or delivered separately.
Hazaar will not be responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to resolve any fulfilment issues.
Hazaar is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery resulting from inaccurate or incomplete delivery information supplied by the winner.
If a delivery is returned to Hazaar because of incorrect information provided by the winner or because the winner fails to accept delivery, Hazaar will make reasonable efforts to arrange redelivery.
11. Winner Information and Publicity
Hazaar may be required to provide information demonstrating that a valid prize has been awarded.
For this purpose, Hazaar may make available limited information relating to the winner, such as their surname and county.
The winner may object to their information being published or request that the amount of information published is reduced by contacting:
Hazaar may still provide relevant information about the winner to an appropriate regulator where legally required.
Hazaar may invite the winner to participate in reasonable promotional activity connected with the Freshers Giveaway 2026.
Participation in additional publicity, including photographs, video, interviews, testimonials or social media content, will be voluntary unless separately agreed with the winner.
12. Personal Data
Hazaar will process personal information submitted as part of the Freshers Giveaway 2026 for purposes including:
- administering the giveaway;
- processing entries;
- validating entries;
- checking eligibility;
- identifying duplicate or fraudulent entries;
- selecting and contacting the winner;
- arranging and delivering the prize;
- dealing with queries, complaints or disputes;
- maintaining appropriate records of the promotion; and
- managing the email and SMS marketing subscriptions associated with the Freshers Giveaway 2026 sign-up.
As explained on the entry form and in Section 4 of these Terms, the Freshers Giveaway 2026 is a subscriber promotion.
When an entrant submits the Freshers Giveaway 2026 form, their email address and mobile telephone number may be added to Hazaar's customer relationship and marketing systems, including Klaviyo, for the purposes described at the point of entry.
Hazaar may maintain records relating to the sign-up, including:
- the date and time of entry;
- the promotion or form through which the entrant signed up;
- the email and SMS subscription status associated with the entry;
- the disclosure presented at the time of sign-up; and
- subsequent marketing opt-outs or withdrawals.
Entrants may unsubscribe from email marketing or opt out of SMS marketing at any time.
Withdrawing from marketing after submitting an entry will not invalidate an otherwise valid Freshers Giveaway 2026 entry.
Personal information will otherwise be processed in accordance with Hazaar's Privacy Policy.
13. Technical Problems and Lost Entries
Hazaar accepts no responsibility for entries which are:
- lost;
- delayed;
- incomplete;
- corrupted;
- incorrectly submitted; or
- not successfully received
as a result of technical failures, network problems, website outages, device issues or other circumstances outside Hazaar's reasonable control.
Proof that an entrant attempted to submit an entry does not necessarily constitute proof that the entry was successfully received.
Where reasonably possible, Hazaar will take appropriate steps to address material technical problems affecting the promotion.
14. Disqualification
Hazaar reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where we reasonably believe that the entrant has:
- breached these Terms and Conditions;
- submitted more than one entry;
- provided false or misleading information;
- attempted to manipulate the entry process;
- attempted to manipulate the winner-selection process;
- used automated entry systems, bots or similar methods;
- impersonated another person;
- engaged in fraudulent activity; or
- otherwise acted unfairly or in a manner inconsistent with the promotion.
Hazaar may require reasonable information or evidence in order to investigate suspected misuse.
15. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation
Hazaar reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this unavoidable.
The closing date will not be changed unless the circumstances described in Section 2 apply.
Hazaar will not make material changes simply to disadvantage entrants.
Where reasonably possible, we will communicate material changes appropriately and take reasonable steps to minimise any disadvantage to existing entrants.
If an advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Hazaar's reasonable control, the substitution provisions in Section 7 will apply.
16. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to applicable law, Hazaar will not be responsible for losses which were not reasonably foreseeable or for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Hazaar does not exclude responsibility for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded.
17. Decisions and Administration
Hazaar is responsible for administering the Freshers Giveaway 2026.
Hazaar's decisions relating to eligibility, administration and winner selection will be final, subject to any rights entrants may have under applicable law or regulation.
Hazaar may keep reasonable records relating to the administration and outcome of the promotion.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory legal rights you may have under the laws applicable where you live within the United Kingdom.
