If the order has not shipped, we are able to cancel the order for you, please get in touch as soon as possible.
Once the order has shipped, you will have to wait to receive the parcel and then request a return. Check the return policies.
Payments
We accept major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed when you complete your order.
You might also have other payment options available to you, such as "Buy Now, Pay Later" services. You should review and understand the terms and conditions of any third-party payment service providers before using their services. We are not responsible for any issues, disputes, or charges that may arise from your use of third-party payment methods, including but not limited to buy now, pay later services. Your agreement with such payment providers is separate from your agreement with us, and you remain solely responsible for fulfilling your payment obligations under their terms.
Klarna is a "Buy Now, Pay Later" service that lets you split online/in-store purchases into smaller, interest-free installments or pay within 30 days. At checkout, you select Klarna, which pays the Hazaar upfront. You then repay Klarna over time, with options for 4 payments (every 2 weeks) or financing for up to 6-24 months.
Returns
Changed your mind or got the wrong size? No stress - here’s how to sort a return:
- Head to your Orders page: Find the item you want to return.
- In the Returns section - select the products you want to return and follow the steps on reasons for your return.
- You will receive a Returns Label with instructions on how to proceed
- Pack it up, send it back, and keep hold of your proof of postage.
**Tip: Make sure to always check the brand’s return policy before buying so you know what to expect (some items might not be returnable, like personalised products).
You won’t get your refund straight away - once the brand gets the item back, they’ll inspect it and start the process of your refund.

Once a return is in motion, we can’t stop the process - but no stress! If you change your mind, you don’t have to send the item back. Keep it, and enjoy your stuff!
Student Verification
Yep, Hazaar is a student-only marketplace. You'll need to verify your student status to unlock full access. Don't worry though, your first order doesn't require verification, so you can shop straight away and verify when you come back.
Your first order is completely free from verification - just create an account with your email and you're good to go. From your second purchase onwards, we'll ask you to verify using your university email address. You only need to do this once a year.
About two minutes, genuinely. Drop in your uni email, grab the code from your inbox, enter it — done. That's it.
Any email address works for creating your Hazaar account; personal, Gmail, whatever you use day to day. You'll only need your uni email when it comes to verifying your student status from your second purchase.
Usually anything ending in .ac.uk for UK students. If your university uses a different format, no worries — drop us a message and we'll get it sorted manually.
Some universities use different email formats, especially if you're an international student. Just reach out to us via the chat and we'll verify you another way. We don't want anyone missing out because of a technicality.
First, check your spam or junk folder (it happens). If it's not there, give it a minute and request a new one. Still nothing? Get in touch and we'll help you out.
Codes expire after a few minutes for security reasons. Try requesting a fresh one and entering it straight away. If you're still stuck, message us.
