It is very important that you read our return policies before submitting your return request. Please make sure to check any specific requirements from the brand you purchased from, these are listed below.

Return Policies by Brand

Berghaus
  • You can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
  • UK returns are free.
  • Exchanges are not currently available. Please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are made to your original payment method.
  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact customer service for support.
Ed Hardy
  • You can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
  • Return costs will be deducted from your refund.
House of Sunny
  • You can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, seals, and original packaging must be included.
  • Returns without tags, seals, or packaging may not be accepted.
  • If a return is declined, the item can be sent back to you at your own cost.
In Print We Trust
  • As each item is made to order, returns are not available for unwanted items, incorrect sizes, or colour choices.
  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, a free replacement can be arranged.
  • Eligible issues include torn fabric, stains, or print faults.
  • Proof of issue may be required.
  • Items damaged after wear are not eligible for replacement.
Juicy Couture
  • You can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have tags attached.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • If a prepaid return label is used, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed once received.
Saucony
  • You can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Return costs will be deducted from your refund.
Classic Football Shirts
  • You can return your order within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns are not free and must be paid for by the customer.
  • Exchanges are not currently available.
    Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Returns are typically processed within 7 working days of arriving at the warehouse.
  • Vintage and pre-owned items may show signs of wear, which will be detailed in the product description where applicable.
Wild Lovers London
  • You can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, with tags attached and hygiene stickers in place.
  • Return or exchange fee: £1.99, deducted from your refund.

General Return Policy

We are Hazaar Limited, incorporated and registered in England and Wales under company number 12609346 and with registered office at 2 Cotton Street, Manchester, England, M4 5BD (‘we’ ‘our’ ‘ourselves’ and ‘us’). We are VAT registered number GB432204738.

1. Statutory Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.

Some of our brands offer longer periods to request a refund, please check their terms in the section above. 

2. How to Return Items

To exercise your right to cancel or return:

  1. Contact us via the orders portal and initiate a return request
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 
  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  4. Return the goods within the specified timeframe: your returned items must be received within 14 days after your return has been accepted.
  5. Ensure items are in their original condition (see Section 4)
  6. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned goods and will be credited to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

3. Return Costs

Returns will be charged at cost to Hazaar and this fee will be deducted from your refund, provided they meet the requirements specified in section 1 and section 4.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach the seller, so make sure they are safely packed and cannot get damaged on transit. Make sure to keep your proof of postage in case we need to contact you.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and in their original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging attached
  • Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, and pet hair
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items not meeting these conditions may be refused or subject to a cleaning charge.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  1. Underwear (including socks), swimwear, and intimate apparel (unless faulty)
  2. Cosmetics and personal care items  that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used unless they are faulty
  3. Face, eye, ear, hair accessories
  4. Halloween and Christmas accessories
  5. We also don’t accept returns for any customised products (such as special orders, or personalised items).

6. Exchanges 

We do not offer exchanges on our site. You are welcome to request a refund and return for your original purchase and place a new order.

7. Fair use policy

If we observe unusual return patterns and/or suspect fraudulent activity, we might have to block your account and retain your refund.
