Technical issues

• Close the app completely (even in the background) and reopen and try again.
• Make sure you are running the latest version of the app by visiting the app store for your device and upgrading if necessary.
• If the problem still persists, please contact hello@justhazaar.com or DM us on Instagram and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please include:

• If your phone is an iPhone or an Android
• What version of the app you are running (check your app store, make sure you are running the latest version)
• Take a screenshot of the issue or a video if you can
• Provide details of what you were trying to do on the app when the issue happened
